System Introduction

       The system is designed to provide a unified view based on 3D GIS map, which constitutes municipal road management module, fire prevention road management module, rangers management module, fire prevention materials management module, small-scale-class data management module, meteorological management module and satellite hot spot management module. Integrating with fire video surveillance system, equipment control system, digital intercom system and emergency vehicle management system, the system can achieve real-time online management of video, alarm, roads, resources, people, autos, meteorology and data, dispatch and command as well as small-scale-class, all of which are displayed in the form of topographic map interface.

The over-all control of video, alarm, personnel, goods and materials and woods on a same interface of the system is realized. The simulation of the dynamic changes of fire diffusion at present, 1 hour, 4 hours and 8 hours integrated with various plans. It is very useful to obtain first-hand information and then make proper commands.

4.Integration with existing GIS to provide all forestry information in ‘One Map’.

5.Integration with digital intercom system and input GPS data from the intercom system to GIS, so that the system can display the location information in a signal map and provide function of group calls for easy commanding and dispatching.

6.Building field information transmission and commanding system to ensure the command center to keep abreast of the accident field in real time for preparing accurate commands.
